Prices
The prices indicated always include VAT and, unless otherwise specified, are to be understood net of transport costs.
Communications
When registering, the customer undertakes to use an existing and functioning e-mail address. It is to this address that we will send the order confirmation and other communications regarding the order itself. The customer is requested to inform us of any changes or problems regarding the e-mail address. If for example, after the order, the confirmation by e-mail does not arrive, there may have been a typing error in the e-mail address or communication problems between the e-mail servers. Just contact us and we will find a solution.
Warranty
For the private buyer, the 2-year guarantee on the purchased products is valid. The date of the document accompanying the products (receipt or invoice) is authentic.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs are indicated on the final order verification page before final confirmation.
If the order value is higher than a certain threshold, shipping is free.
Delivery will take place at the street level number.
There is a paid service for deliveries and assembly on the upper floor
The courier does not call the recipient of the goods, 3 (three) delivery attempts are made, after which the package is placed in storage.
For deliveries to particular areas (Islands of Venice or other disadvantaged destinations) we reserve the right to ask for a contribution for shipping even in the case of free shipping.
Shipping times
Orders will be processed within 48 hours except public holidays for purchases made before 12 noon.
For orders placed after 12 noon, the processing times will start from the first working day.
Shipping times could be processed more slowly in case of out of stock product or product not available in stock.
Right of withdrawal
As per the legislative decree of reference ( 206/2005 ) in force, it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal if the conditions indicated below are respected.
The will to exercise this right must be communicated to us within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods by registered letter with return receipt to the address:

In the request letter it is necessary to indicate the details of a bank or postal current account to which the amount due will be credited.
Furthermore, always within the same term, the product purchased and no longer wanted must be returned to us. It must be intact in its original packaging. It must be complete in all its parts, including accessories, manuals and other material present in the package. Please also attach a copy of the tax receipt or purchase invoice. The delivery costs are charged to the customer. Once the goods have been received and their integrity checked, the price of the goods will be refunded to the current account indicated in the letter in which the right of withdrawal was requested.
The refund concerns the price of the products, extra shipping costs will not be refunded, it will be made within 14 days from when the goods are returned to us.
For products such as canoes - kayaks - sup, the return can only be made if the product has not been placed in the water, otherwise we do not accept the return

The personal data acquired will be recorded on electronic databases, protected and not accessible to the public and will be used with the aid of paper, electronic and/or automated means by Sportify srl. to register the user, supply him with the products/services requested by the same, fulfill contractual and legal obligations connected to this supply, as well as for the eventual sending to the interested party, also via e-mail, of information and promotional material relating to offers of Sportify srl products and services. The data may be communicated to our commercial employees, at the points of sale of Sportify srl products and to other natural or legal persons responsible for the management of the technical services connected to the sale (e.g. payment banks, maintainers of our computer databases). The provision of the data of the interested party to the treatment for these purposes is optional; the prior consent of the interested party is not necessary and any failure to provide data and/or consent will make it impossible for Sportify srl to proceed with the processing for the intended purposes. Pursuant to art. 7 Legislative Decree 6/30/2003, n. 196, the interested party can at any time, have access to his personal data, requesting its updating, modification, integration and cancellation, always subject to your right to oppose at any time for legitimate reasons to the aforementioned treatments, requesting it at the our technical assistance service or communicating it by letter to the Owner Sportify srl.
Acceptances and conditions of sale
Pursuant to article 1326 of the civil code, the purchase contract is to be considered completed and these conditions of sale are to be considered accepted starting from the moment in which the customer clicks the "I confirm my order" button in the verification screen at the end of the online purchase procedure.
